Finally found a non-expensive torch with rotating zoom. Build quality is OK, there are a number of small issues: handle rubber cover and charger socket covers are loose. Other things I do not like: zoom wheel rotates indefinitely in both directions (I'd prefer it stops at min/max) and the silly strobe mode annoys me almost every time when I'm turning the torch off.
